Your Vision, Our Support
Vision Support is a regional charity which was established in 1876, we now operate in many parts of Cheshire and North Wales providing local support and services within the local community. We exist to support vision impaired people and raise awareness of their needs.
Everything we do is consciously directed towards helping us to achieve our Mission:
To enhance the quality of life, promote the continuing independence and raise awareness of vision impaired people of all ages in our community.
Donate to Us
Every penny donated can make a big difference to someone’s life. Money received through donations goes on to support our valuable services, including social events, counselling, digital skills, welfare rights advice and home visiting services.
Your donations go towards helping people with vision impairments thrive – “It’s nice being with people in the community, being at the crafts sessions. I don’t feel as isolated now and everyone, including myself has made more friends”.

Some Kind Words About Our Services
“I have good links with Vision Support and have attended social groups; it was at one of these that I realised the benefits of smart phones and tablets and now feel that an iPad would be invaluable to me, especially during these times of isolation. I have some computer experience as I used to use a computer before my sight loss and am aware of services and training that would enable me to fully appreciate what can be achieved using such a device.”
